1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Loke, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. App Store distribution
If you download Loke from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms. Apple may provide the standard licensed application end user license agreement, which you can review on Apple's website: Apple Standard EULA .
These Terms of Use are intended to work alongside Apple's rules and do not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
If these Terms of Use conflict with mandatory Apple App Store rules or the Apple Standard EULA, those mandatory terms will control to the extent of the conflict.
3. What Loke does
Loke helps users recognize music, retrieve song-related information, access links to supported music services, manage search history where available, and purchase optional subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system.
4. Accounts and access
Some features may require sign-in with Apple. You are responsible for using a valid account and for maintaining the security of your device and Apple account. We may suspend or limit access if we believe your use violates these terms, harms the service, or creates security or fraud risks.
You may request deletion of your account through the app where that feature is provided. Deleting your account will end access to account-based features, but it does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription. Subscription cancellation must be handled separately through your Apple Account subscription settings.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid features are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple.
- Pricing, billing period, and trial terms, if any, are shown before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Refund requests, billing questions, and payment disputes for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
- Restore-purchase features are provided inside the app where supported by Apple.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Loke for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app, backend services, or security measures.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others.
7. Third-party services
Loke may display or open links to third-party services such as Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, or SoundCloud. Those services are not controlled by Loke, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, billing practices, or privacy practices of third-party services.
8. Availability and disclaimers
Loke is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Music recognition results, external links, and subscription status updates may depend on third-party systems outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties other than those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Loke.
10. Termination
You may stop using Loke at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if necessary to protect the service, comply with legal requirements, or respond to misuse.
If your account is deleted, we may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal compliance, tax and billing records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement of these Terms of Use.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of Loke after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
